Support the purchasing team in sourcing and negotiating with vendors
Acquire necessary goods and services for the organization’s operations
Ensure procurement processes are timely and cost-effective
Maintain compliance with company policies and vendor agreements
Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
Experience in purchase order, purchasing, and procurement processes
Administrative support and inventory management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to learn and work within the company ERP system
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
1–3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or administrative support (can be from an internship)
Open-minded and motivated self-starter with exposure to purchasing and inventory practices
