A senior, results-driven program manager who excels at execution, data accuracy, stakeholder management, and cross-team collaboration
Customer interaction IS MUST
Proven experience leading large, cross-functional programs
Strong ability to drive timely delivery and manage multiple projects
Expertise in monitoring, reporting, and using data to guide decisions
Over 10–12 years leading complex, cross-functional programs from initiation to closure, collaborating with executive stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and success criteria
Drive progress and ensure on-time delivery across multiple interdependent projects, proactively managing dependencies and risks using tailored project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
Track and report project health with dynamic dashboards and KPIs, providing clear insights on progress, resources, budget, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership
Ensure accuracy and compliance of program data through rigorous validation, troubleshooting, and resolution of data issues to support reliable decision-making
Manage follow-ups, dependencies, and action items across teams independently, holding owners accountable and driving closure on critical tasks
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, managing expectations, communicating program status, and facilitating alignment for successful outcomes
Preferred
Familiarity with various project management frameworks
Experience ensuring data accuracy and resolving data issues
Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners
