They are seeking a Corporate Paralegal Intern to support the Legal Operations and Corporate Governance Teams with tasks related to compliance and subsidiary management.

Responsibilities
Maintain subsidiary records, track compliance calendars, and prepare routine filings (e.g., annual reports), including organizing board/committee materials and drafting basic minutes or certifications with supervision
Assemble standard forms, coordinate signatures (including e‑sign), and organize acknowledgments
Conduct targeted legal research on corporate housekeeping requirements, privacy topics, or policy questions; summarize findings for attorney review
Build checklists/SOPs, improve trackers, and contribute to process documentation that enhances accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
Follow company policies (EEO, anti‑corruption, confidentiality/invention, privacy) and support a respectful, inclusive workplace
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Paralegal Certificate, Associate's, or Bachelor's with legal studies coursework
Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and professional verbal and written communication
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and SharePoint/OneDrive
Ability to learn matter management or entity systems
Preferred
Unofficial transcript or list of relevant courses
