Responsibilities
Field verification/surveying
Preparing and modifying existing electronic files / CAD drawing maintenance
Work closely with the design team and Principals to complete projects in a fast-paced environment
Development of Schematic, Design Development and Construction Documents
Modifying drawings to ensure the incorporation of Senior Design Team review comments
Communicating directly with clients and attending client meetings
Performs product research; assists project designers and project architects with materials selection and system research
Prepares 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience
Past work experience in an architectural and/or interior design office is required
Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to effectively meet deadlines
Ability to multitask daily
Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred
Proficiency in REVIT is preferred
Proficiency in AutoCAD preferred
Proficiency in 3D Modeling software such as Sketchup, REVIT and Enscape
Graphic Modeling and Rendering skills are not required, but are beneficial
