Responsibilities
Support various administrative tasks and projects, including data management using the Applicant Tracking System
Providing candidate support
Coordinating recruiting events and interview logistics
Assisting with resume screening
Collaborate with TA team members and CSPs
Participate in relevant training sessions
Contribute to select team projects
Qualification
Required
Actively pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Basic business knowledge
Excellent customer service skills with a strong orientation towards collaboration in a team environment
Ability to independently manage and complete tasks with minimal supervision
High level of maturity and professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Consistent and predictable in-person/in-office working hours are essential to this role
Flexibility to travel and work outside standard office hours as needed
