Conducting audits

Risk assessments across all facilities within the AR/TN District
Ensure adherence to licensing requirements
State regulations
Critical compliance standards
Collaborate with both internal teams and external agencies
Mitigate compliance vulnerabilities
Provide technical assistance
Develop and implement corrective action plans as needed
Maintain compliance with all relevant standards
Qualification
Required
Law degree
Have extensive knowledge of CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) and PREA (Prison Rape Elimination Act) regulations
Have prior experience working with juvenile placement agencies
Be at least 21 years of age
Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test
Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry
