Responsibilities
Handle all guest communication across platforms (Airbnb, email, etc.) before, during, and after stays
Respond promptly and politely to all messages — especially urgent or time-sensitive ones
Maintain a friendly, proactive, and solution-focused tone in all interactions
Coordinate with cleaners on check-in/check-out schedules, new bookings, or cancellations
Manage supply restocking for essentials (soap, detergent, paper goods, etc.)
Verify property readiness prior to guest arrival and ensure post-stay resets are complete
Manage dynamic pricing using PriceLabs or similar tools, adjusting rates based on occupancy and seasonality
Set up and optimize Airbnb listings — including writing guest-friendly property descriptions and updating amenities/photos
Recommend improvements to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize bookings
Assist guests with simple issues (Wi-Fi connectivity, thermostat resets, lockbox access, etc.)
Escalate complex maintenance concerns to the property manager or designated vendor
Track guest issues and resolutions for service quality improvement
Conduct occasional property walkthroughs or virtual inspections as needed
Report recurring guest feedback, equipment issues, or improvement suggestions
Maintain an organized log of guest interactions, issues, and follow-ups
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and spoken English communication
Highly responsive and customer-service focused
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Able to work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
Self-starter with good judgment and reliability
Preferred
Previous experience in short-term rental or Airbnb guest management
Familiar with Airbnb platform and tools (PriceLabs, Smartbnb, etc.)
