Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of SAP developers and MuleSoft engineers
Demonstrate ambition and capability to grow as a leader within the organization, taking on increased responsibilities and strategic initiatives

Manage resource allocation, performance goals, and team development plans
Build, manage, and optimize the complete lifecycle of SAP developments and integrations with core enterprise applications including web platforms, Product Information Management systems (PIM), Logistics systems, CRM systems, EDI solutions, and other non-SAP tools
Plan, implement, and support SAP integration solutions and middleware for on-premises, cloud, and hybrid scenarios
Lead complex, technical SAP projects from requirements gathering through implementation, including business value assessment, prioritization, risk management, and timeline execution
Research, analyze, document, test, and implement SAP changes in both ECC and S/4HANA environments
Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams to deliver integrated solutions
Manage software upgrades and implementations with minimal business disruption
Experience with add-on implementations and on-boarding of new business units to the SAP global platform
Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes and requirements, suggest innovative solutions, and translate business needs into technical solutions
Provide business system analysis and process redesign expertise to support organizational objectives
Understand SAP master data integrity, information flow processes, and architecture structure across global implementations
Develop comprehensive documentation supporting change control, training, and change management activities
Manage and integrate third-party technology providers into daily workstreams, ensuring seamless collaboration and value delivery
Evaluate, select, and oversee external consultants and vendors for SAP-related initiatives
Negotiate and manage contracts, deliverables, and service level agreements with technology partners
Guide cross-functional global teams to improve systems and processes, drive productivity, and generate savings or revenue initiatives
Understand, utilize and promote continuous improvement methodologies
Proficient with Project Management tools and concepts
Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies including regression and negative testing across a global SAP landscape
Collaborate with Enterprise Solutions team members on implementation strategies that minimize end-user disruption
Provide end-user support, coach team members, and lead knowledge exchange initiatives
Analyze large datasets and create visualizations to support data-driven decision-making
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and 8-10 years of technical SAP experience in a global instance of SAP ECC 6.0 or higher with demonstrated S/4HANA expertise; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 3 years leading and developing technical team members
Manufacturing and/or distribution industry experience required
Strong project management experience and continuous improvement knowledge highly valued
SAP Integration Expertise: Proven track record building and managing SAP integrations with core enterprise applications including web platforms, PIM, Salesforce, TMS, and EDI solutions. Experience with SAP development, MuleSoft integration platform, middleware solutions, APIs, and data streaming for on-premises, cloud, and hybrid scenarios
Technical Leadership: Experience leading SAP developers and integration engineers. Ability to provide technical direction, architecture guidance, and mentorship across multiple integration platforms and technologies
Third-Party Management: Demonstrated ability to manage and integrate third-party technology providers into daily operations, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and relationship management
Business Acumen: Strong ability to interact with business stakeholders, understand complex processes, propose innovative solutions, and translate business needs into technical specifications. Experience with supply chain management, manufacturing operations, and financial reporting standards
Leadership Competencies: Proven leadership skills with ambition to grow within the organization. Ability to inspire and motivate teams, manage complex projects, and drive organizational change through strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reasoning Ability: Advanced analytical ability to work with complex processes, perform root cause analysis, and solve multifaceted problems. Ability to interpret extensive technical and business information and work with abstract and concrete variables
Computer Applications Skills: Expert-level proficiency ensuring system functionality meets business requirements. Advanced skills in data analysis, visualization tools, and reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft environment and standard business applications
Certificates, Licenses, and/or Registrations: Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a passport

SAP certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate or Professional strongly preferred
