Responsibilities
Lead strategy and roadmap for information discovery products, ensuring alignment with business goals and user outcomes
Manage multiple products within the portfolio, balancing priorities and coordinating across teams
Provide expertise in search and information retrieval, including indexing, storage, and retrieval workflows
Drive integration of AI/GenAI into search and discovery workflows, enabling automated and intelligent data retrieval
Partner with internal customers and stakeholders to understand workflows, define requirements, and deliver measurable value
Communicate clearly and professionally to all audiences, including executives, engineering, and business stakeholders
Modernize legacy products with a focus on usability, performance, and measurable impact
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading search products or information retrieval platforms (ElasticSearch/OpenSearch or similar)
Strong technical understanding of search architecture and data systems
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple products and drive product lifecycle from ideation to delivery
Strong communication skills and ability to present to all audiences
Preferred
Experience with AI/GenAI in search or product innovation is a plus
Enterprise or internal product experience preferred
