Mini Mall Storage Properties is a rapidly growing company focused on redefining the self-storage industry. The Manager of Property Services will be responsible for generating capital plans and budgets for properties, overseeing project planning and execution, and ensuring compliance with building codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities
Generate comprehensive capital plans and budgets for each property in a geographical area, considering all identified maintenance requirements
Attend all review meetings related to property acquisitions, either in-person or via media platform, as required to provide insights and updates
Review all BPCA (Building Property Condition Assessment) reports for clear understanding of scope and costs
Entry of building system conditions into the Capital Planning Software (VFA) and generate relevant reports for annual budgeting purposes
Develop scope of work to be used with Request for Proposals
Provide design support to troubleshoot complicated, expensive, or time sensitive projects
Complete all stages of project planning and execution
Complete 6-month and 12-month post completion review and compare to original capital project projections
Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
Oversee the procurement of material, equipment and subcontractors and manage their performance on assigned projects
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure alignment and timely decision making
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in engineering, project management, or equivalent construction and/or maintenance in-field experience
5+ or more years of experience as a Project Manager or Facilities Maintenance Manager in multi-family, self-storage, or commercial building, inspection, design, construction, and maintenance
Ability to problem-solve challenging issues, bring simplicity and clarity to dynamic or complicated situations
Strong construction cost estimating experience
Strong computer skills-MS Office, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Yardi, Smartsheet, etc
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Must have current Passport and ability to travel
Must be a team player
Preferred
Certification on Project Management (PMP) preferred
