Responsibilities
Set up and operate multi-axis CNC milling machines (3–5 axis)
Interpret blueprints/technical drawings to guide machining
Handle setups, tool changes, probing, and calibration routines
Continuously monitor part quality and production efficiency
Troubleshoot issues and carry out basic maintenance on mills
Work closely with teammates to meet schedule and quality targets
Qualification
Required
5+ years of CNC milling experience; aerospace preferred
Proficient in reading and applying blueprints/technical docs
Comfortable with CNC programming concepts and edits
Detail-oriented, analytical, and solution-driven
U.S. Person status required
