Responsibilities
Utilize industry experience and knowledge to provide support to lending personnel and all other internal customers, creating and maintaining complete and accurate loan files
Work within a portfolio of existing retail and commercial loans, accurately servicing loan accounts, reconciling general ledger accounts, and processing completed loan correspondence
Complete requests and reviewing documentation that is sent to external customers and maintaining excellent support documentation
Communicate with both external and internal customers to provide great customer service
Adapt to a high degree of daily variety and changing priorities
Qualification
Required
Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbally)
Maintain confidentiality
Work with speed and accuracy
Grasp technical information quickly
Apply solid reasoning, analytical and mathematical skill
Work independently and as a team member
Knowledge of automated underwriting and agency guidelines
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel
Knowledge or strong desire to learn facets or core servicing software and loan products and services

Experience working in Encompass
Experience working in DecisionPro
Experience working in AUS
Experience working in LaserPro
Experience working in GUS
