Research Intern
Landslide Political is seeking a highly organized, self-motivated Research Intern to support their growing political and civic work across the country. This hybrid position involves working directly with business development and strategy teams to identify new opportunities, track political movements, and build the research foundation for campaigns and initiatives.
Political Organization
Responsibilities
Researching candidates, ballot initiatives, advocacy campaigns, and political organizations nationwide
Tracking and organizing opportunities for campaign and civic engagement work
Summarizing findings into clear, usable briefs and internal memos
Assisting with light writing, scheduling, and documentation
Maintaining organized databases, spreadsheets, and research logs
Supporting proposal development and business development efforts
Monitoring political trends and emerging movements
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and time management skills
A self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines
Clear written communication and attention to detail
Comfort working with Google Docs, Sheets, and online research tools
Interest in politics, campaigns, public policy, or civic engagement
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
