Responsibilities

Drive the software deliverables to the factories during various hardware builds starting with development phase to mass production
Drive technical discussions with engineering teams to identify solutions for software that impact hardware
Provide timely communications to factories about future release schedules and coordinate control run to ensure smooth roll out
Identify and highlight risks, work on mitigations and drive for alignment with all stakeholders across Software and Hardware orgs
Communicate and present the plan in various forms to leadership

Required

5+ years experience in managing complex and multi-functional software projects
Knowledge of Software and Hardware product lifecycle
Exceptional verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills
BS/MS EE/CS/CE or relevant experience

Preferred

Ability to drive multiple programs, prioritize and solve complex problems
Ability to quickly establish and manage cross-functional relationships
Demonstrated creative and critical thinking
Self-motivated and pro-active with demonstrated creative and critical thinking
Experience in consumer electronics factory line
