Experience working with 3D and 2D CAD
Strong engineering fundamentals
Strong communicator and independent contributor who is expected to stay proactive on updating project status and pulling in help to move roadblocks
Effective verbal and written presentation skills
Preferred
Flexibility and comfort working in a quickly changing environment
Prototyping experience
Data-driven design approach to complex problems
Experience with design cycle from concept to manufacturing in mass-production
Knowledge of material science and FEA
Knowledge of fiber-based materials
