Responsibilities
Prepare rental invoices for delivery via US Mail or email according to the account holder’s request
Complete lien waivers on a requested basis
Provide invoicing support for assigned branches
Review and post non-recurring & new orders
Research customer disputes regarding invoice amounts
Enter customer invoices into their web portals
Work with branches regarding customer PO’s
Contact necessary people to have PO’s amended
Process credit card payments on a recurring and one-time basis as requested by the account holder
Investigate payment shortages received
Contact past due accounts to find payment resolution
Request credits when necessary
Request refunds
Assist accounting personnel with resolving taxing errors
Investigate returned mail to determine the correct address to send invoices
Field correspondence from account holders and assist with resolution of concern
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years' experience in accounts receivable and/or finance
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Experience with Credit and Collections
Ethical Conduct
Personal Effectiveness/Credibility
Strong written and verbal communication
Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to work with a team
