Collision Center Administrative Assistant
Lewis Automotive Group is seeking a Collision Center Administrative Assistant to support the general operations of the collision center. The role involves assisting staff and management with administrative tasks, greeting customers, and ensuring effective communication throughout the repair process.

Responsibilities
Answering telephones in a prompt, friendly, and courteous manner
Greeting customers and demonstrating empathy and urgency in resolving repair needs
Cooperative Collaboration with management to develop goals for task and customer contact improvement
Remain in contact with customers throughout the repair process
Reviews and evaluates Repair Order write-ups to determine if any information is missing
Filing, and data entry as needed
Secretarial duties and Clerical Support tasks as assigned
Other tasks will be assigned as the position evolves
Qualification
Required
1+ year experience as a receptionist or other clerical/office position
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office experience required)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organizational skills
Ability to move about the Collision Center to accommodate duties
Ability to use office equipment
Bending, stretching, lifting, reaching, and climbing
Lifting up to 25 lbs
Valid Drivers License
Driving vehicles for road tests or delivery
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Preferred
High School Degree or equivalent preferred
Other Certifications or licenses as required by state law
