The Administrative Assistant will help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company, providing office support and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
Answer phones
Maintain filing for administrative departments
Sort and distribute communications on time, including incoming and outgoing shipments
Maintain and distribute PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Assist in employee engagement event planning
Record checks received
Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
Coordinate office and field lunches
Monitor supply levels and communicate shortages
Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and coworkers
Assist other departments with administrative tasks as needed
Maintain reports and documentation for internal departments
Preform basic data entry and tracking with Microsoft Excel
Communicate with employees to collect and update required information for Excel reporting
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel and Outlook)
Valid CA Driver's License with a clean driving history, must be insurable
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and others
Work independently with minimum supervision while prioritizing workloads to meet deadlines
Initiative to plan and complete assigned work with a high level of accuracy
Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
Work in high-volume office with multiple interruptions throughout the day
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience as a back-office assistant, administrative assistant, or relevant administrative role
High school or equivalent
