Responsibilities

Build and manage GTM workflows across outbound, inbound, ABM, Social media content, paid ads, and sales
Design automated lead enrichment, scoring, routing, and multi-channel outbound sequences using tools like Lemlist, ReoDev, n8n, ReplyGuy, WebScrapers, etc
Turn website/content engagement into outbound triggers, ABM plays, smart alerts, and AE follow-up workflows
Own outbound reporting, warm outbound loops, and the launch of 3–5 scalable campaigns each month
Maintain and optimise full GTM tech stack: email infrastructure, CRM workflows (HubSpot), data cleanliness, attribution
Ensure >95% email deliverability, >99% workflow uptime, and consistently hit SLA response times
Build inbound and community-led content workflows for platforms like Reddit, Hacker News, X, and developer channels
Use and explore AI tools to automate high quality content generation for videos (HeyGen), copy (ChatGPT), memes, visuals and more

Required

1+ years of experience in GTM/RevOps automation, sales operations, or technical growth roles in B2B SaaS
Hands-on experience with automation / AI tools listed above
Strong understanding of developer audiences and JigsawStack's ICPs
Proven ability to design and maintain CRM automation, scoring models, and routing logic
Ability to build trigger-based outbound flows from website activity, LinkedIn intent, CRM signals, and enrichment data
Technical ability to work with SQL, APIs, scrapers, or scripting for data manipulation
Familiarity with outbound copywriting and personalization frameworks
Background in high-growth, VC-backed SaaS environments
Leverages AI heavily to 10–100x output
Naturally curious, experimental, and excited to build alongside a fast-growing developer community

Preferred

Closer to the United States timezone as it's our primary focus at our current stage
Previously operated in companies selling to developers or similar ICPs
Have founding experience or have been an early operator in a startup
