CyberFunnels is a marketing agency seeking a Marketing Agency Account Manager to serve as a bridge between clients and internal project teams. The role involves developing marketing strategies, securing client approval, and managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and success.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding business goals, challenges, and feedback
Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring clients feel informed, confident, and supported
Develop marketing strategies tailored to each client’s goals, budget, and market
Present proposed strategies, timelines, and deliverables to clients clearly and professionally in a remote environment
Gather feedback, refine plans, and secure client approval prior to execution
Ensure approved strategies are documented and communicated effectively to internal teams
Translate client needs, strategic decisions, and feedback into clear direction for internal project teams
Maintain regular communication with clients via video calls, phone, email, and text
Proactively manage expectations and communicate changes or risks early
Use ClickUp to manage client projects, ensuring tasks are assigned, tracked, and completed on time
Oversee multiple client accounts while keeping work aligned with approved strategies and timelines
Collaborate with internal teams remotely to ensure consistent execution and accountability
Provide clients with regular updates, performance summaries, and strategic recommendations
Gather feedback and apply insights to improve results and client satisfaction

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in account management, project management, or client services (marketing agency experience preferred)
Proven experience developing and presenting marketing strategies to clients
Proficiency in ClickUp or similar project management tools
Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal)
Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working in a remote environment

Preferred

Experience in the home improvement, construction, remodeling, or contractor industry is a strong plus
