Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including Master Service Agreements and supply agreements
Manage contract workflows from intake through execution
Maintain contract templates and playbooks
Identify risk in contract terms and recommend practical solutions
Coordinate with sales, procurement, finance, and operations
Ensure contracts comply with company policies
Support implementation of contracting procedures
Track contract obligations and renewals
Prepare summaries for internal stakeholders
Support continuous improvement of contracting processes

Required

JD and active bar admission in good standing
5+ years experience focused on commercial contracting

Ability to collaborate across functions
High ethical standards

Preferred

Experience in both law firm and in house environments
Experience with procurement contracts or supply agreements
Familiarity with renewable energy contracts or the Inflation Reduction Act
Strong analytical skills
Ability to develop practical legal strategies
Problem solving ability
