Qualification
Required
Minimum of five years of banking or business development experience required in the Denver Metro area
Strong knowledge of loan underwriting, business development, and processing procedures
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
