HR Programs Intern

Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day execution of Talent Enablement initiatives, including performance reviews, objective-setting cycles, and learning & development programs
Help ensure programs are well-organized, thoughtfully delivered, and aligned with PMG’s priorities
Assist in coordinating learning experiences, from scheduling and logistics to session materials and follow ups
Help keep learning records accurate, organized, and accessible to support a culture of continuous development
Contribute to the creation and refinement of training materials that are clear, inclusive, and easy to use
Document workflows and program processes to improve clarity, consistency, and scalability
Assist in compiling reports that surface trends, participation data, and insights across talent initiatives
Maintain and update talent data in PMG’s HRIS, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Learn how people-related data supports decision-making across performance, development, and workforce planning
Use AI, automation, and digital tools to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance the quality of work
Experiment with new ways to simplify workflows and elevate how Talent Enablement work gets done
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development or a related field
Interested in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or People Operations
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Curious, thoughtful, and eager to learn how talent programs work in practice
Comfortable using technology and excited to explore AI-enabled ways of working
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Must be based in Dallas and available to work 5 days a week in the office at our headquarters at 2601 Olive Street, Dallas, Texas, 75201
