Management of parking projects that meets a superior standard of quality that will help establish and differentiate our reputation in the marketplace
Development and integration of architectural documentation standards for the Walter P Moore Parking organization
Willingness to learn the digital workflow effort and contribute to its development and implementation for parking and across disciplines
Help develop and strengthen the partnership between Walter P Moore and local parking contractors by streamlining the design-build process
Mentor the next generation of talent recruited by the Walter P Moore parking team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
Minimum of 7 years' experience in Architecture of Parking Structures
Minimum 3 years as multi-discipline Project Manager
Preferred
Professional California Architecture License preferred
If not licensed, candidate must be actively pursuing path to professional licensure
