Leading the commercial strategy for all adjacent (CII, HRM, COAM, VLT/VGT/Routes) and new land-based markets globally
Orchestrating strategic expansion initiatives into emerging gaming markets across North America
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and tailored solutions for new jurisdictions
Leading business development efforts with tribal, commercial, and lottery partners
Navigate evolving regulations across different jurisdictions, demonstrating understanding of local licensing requirements, data privacy laws, and responsible gaming practices
Conduct market research to identify potential new markets, analyze competitive landscapes, and assess market opportunities
Collaborate with internal and external partners, including marketing, sales, products, and operations, to ensure successful market entry and ongoing growth
Qualification
Required
Expertise in CII, HRM, COAM, VLT/VGT/Routes, and developing terrestrial markets across the globe
Deep understanding of market research methodologies, competitive analysis, and financial modeling
