They are seeking a Product & Service Representative to strengthen relationships with dealers and service providers while providing technical assistance and ensuring product quality.

Responsibilities
Travel to dealerships and service providers in specified areas as needed
Inspect all Tiffin Group inventory at each visit to a dealership to ensure there are no outstanding issues that may result in large warranty claims, parts wait times, or issues that might interfere with the dealer’s ability to sell product
Develop and maintain working relationships with service managers, technicians, advisors, & sales team at all facilities within assigned area
Help mitigate large claims from service providers
Provide technical assistance in person, via phone, or text to service providers in assigned areas
Help management de-escalate consumer situations at dealer, service provider, or sometimes private residence
Attend legal inspections when needed
Attend rallies, shows, & training as needed
Provide management with daily reports on activity & weekly expense reporting
Keep and maintain company vehicle
Qualification
Required
Willing to adhere to all safety guidelines and standards
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and make deadlines
Demonstrates good judgment; approachable and professional; solid problem solving skills; ability to handle multiple tasks; self-motivated; well organized
Weekly overnight travel
Able to travel on short notice
Teamwork - Must be able to work with various Tiffin Group leaders
Communication - Verbal & written
Problem solving - Must be able to identify challenges & develop solutions
Preferred
Tiffin prefers prior experience
