Oversee night shift production teams, ensuring safety, quality, and output targets are met in our state-of-the-art facility
Develop and implement standardized processes to optimize manufacturing efficiency as we scale rapidly
Monitor equipment, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Train and motivate staff, enforce compliance with FDA regulations and company standards
Collaborate with day shift leadership for seamless handoffs and process enhancements
Qualification
Required
3+ years in manufacturing management, preferably in food/pharma/consumer goods
Proven track record of building processes in high-growth settings
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work nights and commit to a consistent Wed-Sat schedule
High school diploma required; bachelor's in operations/manufacturing preferred
