Responsibilities
Perform quality inspections and testing on battery products to ensure they meet company and industry standards
Oversee quality control procedures throughout the production process, promptly identifying and resolving nonconformities
Prepare, analyze, and present quality reports to support continuous improvement initiatives
Utilize the Seven QC Tools effectively to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
Conduct regular Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and Process Capability (Cp, Cpk) studies to ensure process stability and accuracy
Perform ongoing quality data analysis, track major quality issues, and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in electric related major
Preferred
Over 1 years quality engineer experience, solar or battery project preferred
Over 1 year energy related work background
Working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products and the market
