Responsibilities

Conduct assessments of agency network configurations, security policies, and IT roadmaps
Prepare and deliver contract documentation, including Agency Cutover Plans and SELC materials
Coordinate and support SELC gate reviews and client interactions
Assist with budgeting and resource planning for agency cutovers, including cost estimates for hardware, software, and cloud services
Maintain project schedules and provide updates to the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance scheduling and coordination efforts
Create and maintain clear documentation, including meeting notes, analysis reports, and presentations
Participate in roadmap and innovation sessions to refine business requirements and shape shared services strategy
Provide quality oversight for PMO reports, including risk assessments and mitigation plans
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to Agile best practices

Required

Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field
Strong written communication and documentation skills (e.g., meeting minutes, clear requirements, summaries)
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
Highly collaborative with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of translating business requirements into actionable user stories
