Responsibilities

Build and optimize marketing automation workflows across platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, and Adobe Campaign
Translate business requirements into scalable marketing technology solutions, ensuring alignment with global marketing strategy
Manage privacy, consent, and preference center capabilities to meet global regulatory standards
Integrate core systems—including CDP, CRM, CMS, and analytics platforms—to support connected customer experiences and data-driven execution
Implement AI-driven measurement tools, telemetry, and web performance monitoring to evaluate campaign effectiveness and improve user experience
Partner with sales, marketing, and commerce teams to design unified customer journeys that support global business goals
Train and enable marketing teams on platform best practices, campaign optimization, and automation capabilities

Required

Strong understanding of data management, analytics, reporting tools, and performance measurement
Knowledge of privacy, consent, and global compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL)
Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
Certifications in major marketing automation platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo)
Experience working with API integrations, ETL pipelines, and data platform tools
Demonstrated success driving global solution rollouts and working with cross‑regional teams
