Responsibilities
Analyze and design employee rewards programs to meet client needs and regulatory requirements
Assist in developing client deliverables, including detailed reports and presentations, explaining complex concepts
Participate in client meetings and site visits while interacting with management
Collaborate with clients to develop cost-effective and competitive rewards solutions
Stay up to date on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice
Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in economics, political science, math, accounting, statistics, or other related field, or a juris doctorate with coursework in tax and/or employment law
Academic success (a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0)
Detail-oriented leader with problem-solving, communication, critical thinking, organizational, and technical skills
Ability to research and analyze tax and employment law guidance and effectively communicate findings
