Achieve Results: Strive for a minimum of 2 net sales per month—your success is our success!
Be the Face of Caruso: Welcome clients with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a 'We Care' attitude
Guide the Journey: Assist customers in selecting their home site, house plan, and options, and support them through the loan application process
Own the Experience: Ensure our model homes and communities are always beautifully presented and open for tours
Stay Organized: Prepare contracts, addenda, and selections accurately and on time
Embrace Technology: Use our CRM system to manage prospects and move them from interest to sale
Collaborate & Grow: Participate in weekly sales meetings and work closely with your team
