Responsibilities
The candidate is responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of services and systems
They play a crucial role in maintaining service level indicators (SLIs), objectives (SLOs), (SLAs) to measure system health and user experience
Actively monitor systems, respond to incidents, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and drive improvements based on learnings
They will focus heavily on automation—building tools and scripts to eliminate manual work and streamline deployments through CI/CD pipelines
Infrastructure management is a key part of their job, often using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform to manage scalable, secure, and compliant environments across cloud platforms
Additionally, will be involved in capacity planning, performance tuning, and implementing observability solutions for better visibility
Qualification
Required
Must be a US Citizen, and live and work within the United States to accommodate FedRAMP regulations and requirements
Engage in most aspects of the software development process, implementation, testing and troubleshooting/debugging in production
Follow process of maintaining and instrumenting CI/CD pipelines using tools, automation test systems
Configuration and delivery of new features and software using configuration management tools like Github, Jenkins pipelines, Ansible or similar modern deployment automation tools
Improvement of the current application to accommodate FedRAMP-related modifications within the routine Product development cycles
Accountable for other feature enhancements based on FedRAMP requirements if involved
