Bookkeeping Manager

The Bookkeeping Manager will play a critical role in client success by delivering accurate financials and helping business owners make informed decisions in a client-facing, multi-client role.

Responsibilities
Review and process income, expenses, payables, and receivables for multiple clients using QuickBooks Online and integrated apps
Reconcile multiple accounts and ensure clean, accurate financials
Prepare and review accurate monthly financials, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
Assist with sales tax calculation and filings using Avalara
Lead regular virtual client meetings (on camera) and communicate clearly and confidently
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automation, and client processes
Monitor and optimize automation rules and system integrations
Actively participate in weekly meetings and daily huddles to solve problems and share wins
Qualification
Required
Experience with QuickBooks Online
Experience with cloud-based accounting tools
Experience in outsourced or multi-client environments
Ability to manage multiple clients and juggle priorities
Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with business owners
Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset
