Senior Specialist – Employee Leave Support

L'Oréal is a leading beauty company dedicated to innovation and quality. The Senior Specialist in Employee Leave Support will provide exceptional customer service while collaborating with HR and Payroll to manage employee leave processes and ensure data integrity.

Responsibilities

Answer and field all types of calls that come in – provide assistance and/or direction
Closely partner with Payroll team as it relates to day-to-day support
Field employee and HR payroll questions to properly direct them to the right resolution
Audit/review and approve all transactions to ensure data quality and integrity to enable accurate data
Manage leave process between employee, HR, department managers and Leave Management vendor
Provide One HR expertise and support to the HR community and employees
Trainers for HR on any system upgrades
Tuition Reimbursement processing
Employee Verifications
Unemployment Claims
Policy Questions & Compliance and Policy Acknowledgements
Time Off management (vacation, PTO, Summer Hours, WFH, etc.)

Qualification

Required

Must be fluent in French (spoken and written)
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
relevant HR Operations experience
2-3 Years of Experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong customer service skills
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Occasional lifting up to 25lbs
