Responsibilities
Promote TWRJ artwork and merchandise using assigned affiliate links and discount codes
Drive traffic and conversions through social media, email marketing, blogs, websites, or communities
Select and position products strategically for your audience
Create compliant, brand-aligned promotional content
Track performance and optimize tactics for higher conversion rates
Represent the TWRJ mission and values with integrity and professionalism
Adhere to affiliate program guidelines and FTC disclosure requirements
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in affiliate marketing, online sales, or performance marketing
Demonstrated ability to drive conversions, not just engagement
Strong understanding of digital sales funnels and buyer psychology
Experience promoting products via social media, email, blogs, or websites
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own performance
Must be 18 years or older
Must be based in the United States or another approved country
Preferred
Passion for art, digital products, or mission-driven brands is a plus
Bachelor's degree is nice to have, but not required
