Start in 2026 SummerJLL is a leader in workplace solutions, and they are seeking a Project & Development Services Intern for the summer of 2026. The intern will support project delivery, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to improving project outcomes within the PDS team.

Responsibilities
Assist with project documentation, including meeting minutes, schedules, and progress reports
Support the coordination of project activities between internal teams, vendors, and clients
Participate in site visits and assist with project inspections and quality assurance
Help track project budgets, timelines, and deliverables
Contribute to the development of project dashboards and reporting tools
Assist with risk management and issue resolution processes
Gain exposure to sustainability initiatives and best practices in project delivery
Qualification
Required
Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree, with 2-3 years completed majoring in any field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to think and work independently
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
Ability to work with multiple people on a variety of differing projects and meet assigned deadlines
Desire to learn more about project management and development
Interest in construction, design, or real estate development
Demonstrated ability to take initiative
The ideal candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of Commercial Real Estate project delivery
