Responsibilities

Take full accountability for the integrity and safety of companion animal nutrition products

Execute critical inspections—including NIR and Mycotoxin testing

Manage the end-to-end sample process within LIMS

Perform daily quality walks

Review production records for errors

Communicate deviations to the Q&FS Manager

Suggest improvements to SOPs

Assist with audit preparations

Required

High School Diploma

Valid driver's licence

Strong deductive reasoning skills

Ability to suggest improvements to SOPs

Ability to educate others on quality programs

Personal accountability by reviewing daily production records within one business day

Monitoring COA verification data

Ensuring all finished products meet Nutreco monitoring standards

Operational initiative in identifying and troubleshooting production defects

Assisting with equipment calibration

Performing daily quality walks to maintain facility excellence

Preferred

BS in Chemistry or Food Science

Forklift experience
