Responsibilities
Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities
Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business needs and talent availability
Post open positions across job boards and sourcing platforms
Proactively source candidates using Boolean searches, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
Engage passive and active candidates through professional and social platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, etc.)
Review resumes and pre-qualify candidates based on required skills and experience
Schedule phone screens and interviews with Talent Acquisition Specialists
Generate candidate leads through cold outreach and direct sourcing methods
Build and maintain talent pipelines for roles that may not yet be open
Track sourcing activity in a metrics-driven environment
Perform additional recruiting-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Proven ability to build relationships and engage candidates
Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Prior sourcing or recruitment experience strongly preferred
Experience in a sales or metrics-driven environment is a plus
PHR or SHRM-CP certification strongly preferred
