Responsibilities
Intake and Inventory Management: Manage the intake of packages containing sports and Pokémon cards. Ensure accurate logging and tracking of inventory using our inventory management system
Shipping and Distribution: Coordinate the shipping process for outgoing packages, ensuring timely and secure delivery to designated recipients. Implement shipping protocols to maintain the integrity and safety of valuable items
Quality Control: Conduct regular audits and quality checks to verify the condition of items entering and exiting the facility. Implement procedures to safeguard against loss, damage, or theft
Security and Compliance: Maintain strict security protocols to protect stored items. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies regarding handling and storage of valuable assets
Qualification
Required
Local to Mountain View, CA or willing to commute daily
Experience in handling sports and/or Pokémon cards
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Availability on M-F 9-5 (hours flexible)
