Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing event marketing and promotional campaigns aligned with client goals
Support event coordination, including scheduling, setup, breakdown, and inventory management
Participate in fundraising campaigns to increase donations and audience engagement
Represent client brands professionally as a brand ambassador at live events
Track and report key performance metrics, including sales, engagement, and campaign results
Collaborate with the promotions and marketing team to improve campaign strategy and execution
Participate in ongoing training focused on event management, brand marketing, public relations, and leadership development
Qualification
Required
Availability to work evenings and weekends as required for events
Reliable transportation to event locations (reimbursement provided)
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Confident, outgoing personality with the ability to engage customers and clients
Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
