Responsibilities
Partner closely with senior leadership to take high-priority ideas and initiatives from concept to execution
Conduct structured financial, operational, and strategic analysis to support decision-making
Develop clear, concise executive- and board-ready presentations and materials
Translate direction and intent into actionable plans and workstreams
Track progress, identify friction points, and step in to unblock execution
Coordinate across functions (e.g., operations, finance, sales, IT) to ensure initiatives move forward
Help improve internal processes, reporting, and operating cadence as needed
Support ad-hoc strategic and operational projects as priorities evolve
Qualification
Required
3–8+ years of experience in consulting, business operations, strategy, or operational roles
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations
Experience preparing executive-level presentations and materials
Comfortable operating with ambiguity and incomplete information
Proven ability to drive initiatives forward, not just analyze them
Strong judgment, ownership mindset, and follow-through
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required
