Responsibilities

Provide timely technical support to distributors, resellers, and end users via email, phone, remote sessions, or on-site visits
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and integration issues across MAXHUB’s product portfolio (interactive flat panels, UC devices, MTR, commercial displays, dvLED, etc.)
Manage and track RMA cases, warranty claims, and coordinate repairs or replacements with partners and logistic providers
Manage and maintain strong relationships with authorized service partners; deliver regular technical training to ensure service quality and process consistency
Maintain ongoing relationships with key clients’ technical contacts to support operational continuity and build long-term trust
Assist with the planning and execution of large-scale project deployments, especially those involving MAXHUB IFP & MTR products
Work closely with the global technical team and R&D to escalate complex issues and contribute to product improvements
Create and maintain technical documentation, including FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and training materials
Support technical training and onboarding for partners and internal sales team

Required

3+ years of experience in technical support, AV/IT service, or field engineering role
Must be local & commute to office in Lake Forest, CA
Solid understanding of AV systems, display technologies, and meeting platforms (i.e. Microsoft Teams Room, ZOOM, Webex)
Familiarity with Windows OS is essential
Experience managing service partners and delivering technical training sessions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset
Able to work independently and manage multiple technical cases simultaneously
Understanding of US region's warranty and service standards is essential
Occasional traveling within the US may be required

Preferred

Experience with interactive flat panels (IFP), LED systems, and enterprise AV deployments is highly regarded
Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) systems is a big bonus
Experience with CRM/ticketing systems is a plus
