Responsibilities

Data & Insights duties such as analyzing weekly sales, inventory, and SKU productivity across DTC channels
Supervise market trends and sell-through data to identify demand opportunities
Produce clear reporting highlighting risks, opportunities, and assortment/inventory recommendations
Own the Demand Plan for Personalization, ensuring alignment with commercial and seasonal needs
Lead and maintain accuracy of the OTB tool
Present data-driven scenarios incorporating forecasts, inventory turn, and promotional impacts
Recommend seasonal and in-season stocking strategies for core, carryover, and new product launches
Partner with Regional Merchants to align assortment, buy quantities, and inventory strategy
Drive monthly planning results, including buy recommendations and speed
Participate in key business reviews, offering insights to guide strategic decisions
Identify workflow or system inefficiencies and propose improvements
Support planning tool evolutions, system transitions, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, mathematics or a related field preferred
At least 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and long-term planning, preferably in retail
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI)
Experience with inventory management systems and forecasting tools
Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex data clearly to stakeholders
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
