Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business, data, and analytics requirements
Work with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and reports
Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and data definitions
Collaborate with data engineers, BI teams, and database developers to deliver solutions
Support AI/ML initiatives by helping define use cases, data needs, and success metrics (where applicable)
Perform data validation and support UAT using SQL and analytics tools
Create clear documentation, presentations, and status reports for stakeholders
Qualification
Required
7 years + experience in Business Intelligence and analytics-driven projects
Strong experience working with databases and data-driven solutions
Ability to gather, analyze, and document business, data, and analytics requirements
Experience defining KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and reports
Proven ability to translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and data definitions
Experience collaborating with data engineers, BI teams, and database developers
Exposure to AI/ML initiatives, including defining use cases, data needs, and success metrics
Experience performing data validation and supporting UAT using SQL and analytics tools
Strong documentation, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills
Ability to work closely with both business and technical stakeholders
