Responsibilities

Performs telephone & MyChart message support & follow-up communication in a timely and professional fashion; uses communication systems for both routine & emergency transactions
Schedules, reschedules & maintains patient appointments & supports clinic leadership in schedule management
Partners collaboratively with the patients care team to address patient needs
Find opportunities for improvement in workflow & participate in clinic and system meetings

Qualification

Medical training programHealthcare experienceProcess improvementCommunication skillsTeam collaboration

Required

Successful completion of formal medical training program such as MA, HUC, NA or Medical Secretary, or min. of 1 year comparable experience in a healthcare setting

Preferred

2 or more years' experience working in a medical setting
