Responsibilities
Attend weekly team meetings at our Rancho Cordova office
Canvass local neighborhoods (door-to-door, old school but effective!)
Start friendly conversations with homeowners about their windows & doors
Set appointments for our Design Consultants to provide in-home consultations
Work independently while being supported by an awesome team
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license + reliable vehicle
Comfortable being outdoors and on your feet
3–6 months of experience in canvassing, sales, or face-to-face marketing
Strong communication skills and great customer service
Self-motivated and positive attitude
Able to walk, stand, and lift up to 20 lbs
