Access Hub Coordinator
Justice North seeks a collaborative and highly organized Access Hub Coordinator to lead the implementation of the New American Social Service Access Hub across northern Minnesota. This role involves coordinating partnerships, outreach, training, and grant deliverables to improve access to social services for immigrant and refugee communities.

Responsibilities
The Access Hub Coordinator leads implementation of the Social Service Access Hub in alignment with grant requirements, timelines, and approved work plans
This includes managing grant deliverables, benchmarks, reporting, and outcome tracking; coordinating data collection and evaluation with partners and internal staff; and supporting continuous improvement of the program
The Coordinator serves as the primary liaison with key partners, including YWCA Duluth and the Moorhead-based Ethnic Self-Help Alliance for Refugee Assistance (ESHARA), and builds strong relationships with nonprofits, faith-based organizations, schools, employers, workforce partners, and other community stakeholders across the Northeast, Northwest, and Central (PICK) regions
The role includes supporting subcontracted partners in meeting service and reporting expectations, mapping available services by county, and identifying gaps in services impacting New American communities
The position also involves culturally responsive outreach and community engagement throughout both rural areas and population centers
The Coordinator represents Justice North at community events, coalition meetings, and partner convenings; supports development of multilingual outreach materials; and helps coordinate trainings for partners and employers related to immigrant rights, service access, and employment pathways
Operational responsibilities include coordinating program logistics such as scheduling, travel, communications, and documentation; ensuring confidentiality, data privacy, and trauma-informed practices; traveling regularly throughout northern Minnesota; participating in meetings, trainings, and planning efforts; and performing other duties as assigned to support evolving program, grant, and organizational needs
Qualification
Required
Candidates must have at least three (3) years of experience in program coordination, community outreach, nonprofit program management, or a related field, including experience managing grant-funded programs and tracking deliverables and reporting requirements
Strong organizational and communication skills are essential
Ability to manage multiple priorities across a large geographic area
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with diverse partners
A valid driver's license and the ability to travel regularly throughout northern Minnesota are required
Preferred
A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required
Experience working with immigrant, refugee, or New American communities
Bilingual or multilingual skills
Experience with state or federal grants
Familiarity with rural service delivery models
Experience coordinating volunteers or coalitions
