Responsibilities
Plan, scope, and execute a broad range of inspections of Finance Operations controls and processes to drive a continuous controllership culture
Prepare findings and engage with stakeholders to complete action items
Develop strong working knowledge of Finance Operations processes, current initiatives, and organizational changes impacting financial and other processes
Participate in ad hoc assignments as needed
Identify risks in processes and work with appropriate owners to mitigate risks
Qualification
Required
6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience
5+ years of program or project Management experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent
Master's degree or equivalent
