Senior Project Manager I & II
Struction Solutions is seeking Senior Project Managers (I & II) to oversee large-scale construction projects, ensuring timely completion, budget control, and compliance with district requirements. This role involves managing project teams, resolving disputes, and maintaining quality standards across multiple projects.

Responsibilities
Manage and provide oversight to Owners’ Authorized Representatives (OARs) on assigned construction projects
Resolve complex project issues, disputes, and change orders, assessing their impact on the district
Monitor project progress, schedules, and cost controls, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
Oversee contract administration for architects, consultants, and contractors, ensuring compliance with district policies
Coordinate with internal departments, including Environmental Health & Safety, Design & A/E Technical Support, Asset Management, and Facilities Contract Administration
Develop and recommend internal policies and procedures to enhance project efficiency
Provide fiscal management, review payment applications, and track construction expenditures
Ensure projects align with LEED, BIM, CHPS, and Division of the State Architect (DSA) requirements
Qualification
Required
10–17 years of professional experience in project/construction management
5+ years managing large-scale projects ($50M+ individual project value)
5+ years of experience in educational facilities, public works, or large commercial projects
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
Bachelor's degree in any field, with CCM certification required within 1 year
20+ years of Construction/Project Management experience, with CCM certification required within 1 year
Valid Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential at the time of application (substitutes for education requirement)
Preferred
Design-Build project experience
Building Information Modeling (BIM) expertise
Experience with LEED-certified projects and CHPS
Knowledge of DSA construction and design processes
Registered Architect (California Architectural Board) or Professional Engineer (California State Board for Engineers & Land Surveyors)
